This policy describes information collected through anitakelleylaw.com by the Law Office of Anita M. Kelley, 2325 San Pedro, Suite 2J6, Albuquerque, NM 87110. For a privacy question or correction request, use the contact page or call (505) 750-3036. Please do not include sensitive case details in a privacy request.
Information you choose to send
An initial inquiry may ask for contact details, the general matter type, dates that may need attention, safe contact preferences, and limited screening answers. Please answer only the questions shown and do not upload or send documents, full identification numbers, medical records, or an extensive case narrative through an initial inquiry. An inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship or guarantee that the office can represent you.
When you use the guided inquiry form, it stores your new inquiry answers encrypted before alerting three firm mailboxes. Those alerts contain a reference number, receipt time, practice area, case type, whether you indicated a deadline or scheduled event, and a protected review link. They do not contain your legal description, conflict names, contact details, or screening answers. Designated reviewers can open the complete inquiry through a protected screen. Authorized site administrators retain technical control of the site and its backups.
Information submitted through earlier or other contact forms remains in the systems used for those forms and may have different protections and notification formats. The guided form does not retroactively encrypt those records.
Website, security, and anti-spam data
Our web server and security systems may record basic request information, such as IP address, browser details, the page requested, and time of access, to operate and protect the site. When enabled, the adaptive intake form uses a browser cookie and security token to help prevent duplicate or forged submissions. Google reCAPTCHA is used to screen automated submissions and may process browser or device information under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The homepage displays an external review widget that may receive ordinary browser request information when loaded. Cookies may also be set by WordPress or other embedded features needed to display the site.
The guided inquiry form may save the referring website, approved public-page paths, and bounded campaign tags with your inquiry to help identify how you found the office. These details are kept with the protected inquiry and are separate from the usage counts described below.
Optional usage counts
We count views of visible contact links, clicks on contact, phone and text links, and broad steps through the guided inquiry form. Daily totals record fixed page categories and, for the guided form, selected practice areas, case types, steps, general error categories, successful submissions, and valid confirmation views. These counts do not contain names, contact details, legal descriptions, other form answers, request references, receipt tokens, full URLs, search terms, referral addresses, or campaign tags.
These totals are stored on our own site for 90 days. Separate, short-lived security records use a keyed hash of an IP address to limit automated measurement requests; those records expire after one hour and are removed by regular cleanup. Optional measurement honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Counts describe events, not unique people, consultations, clients, or case results. Submissions through other forms are not included in the guided form’s step and completion totals. Separate hosting, security, and embedded services may process information as described above.
Use, access, and retention
The office uses an inquiry to contact you safely, screen the matter, consider conflicts, and decide whether to discuss possible representation. New intake answers are available through a protected WordPress review screen to designated reviewers. Other providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, or anti-spam may process information needed to provide those services. Please do not assume ordinary email is a secure place to send sensitive documents.
New intake records are marked for staff review after 180 days; that date is not an automatic deletion date. Staff may explicitly delete a record after review under the office’s retention process. Backups and historical legacy submissions may persist beyond a record’s active-system deletion while backup cycles and legal or operational obligations are evaluated. No fixed deletion deadline is promised here.
To ask what information the office holds about an inquiry, request correction, or ask about deletion, call (505) 750-3036 or use the contact page with only the details needed to identify your request. The office may need to verify identity and consider applicable legal obligations before responding.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the website and intake process change. The version published on this page governs the description shown here; a page update date is not evidence that every linked legal source or service setting has been rechecked.
